Description :  Administration, Configuration and Maintenance of:

1. VOIP PBX for Contact Centre led offerings for Avaya, Microsoft, Cisco , Aspect and other technology solutions.
2. Network and security components like Router, Switches, Firewalls, Audio/ Video Set up, Servers and Storage.

Eligibility: 

Educational Qualifications: 

1. B.E in Electronics and Telecommunications/ Computers/ Information Technology/ Electronics 
2. MCA/MCS

Requirements:

1. Attained 60% and above throughout the academic tenure
2. Year of Graduation/ Post Graduation : 2012 or 2013
3. A year's gap (maximum) between levels of graduation
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Selected candidates to be willing to re- locate and work at any of AGC locations across India
